Alice had just drained her last coyote for the night. She had already sucked six other ones dry. She was begining to become a bit ditzy from all the blood entering her body so quickly. She climbed up a nearby tree and sat there for a bit, resting after having just hunted. She then heard some ruffling in the leaves above her. She jumped up swiftly, and peered carefully above her head. Suddenly a little brown and black ferret fell through the leaves and onto the branch that she was standing on. Alice screamed and jumped a little when it had first popped out, but then she went over to pet the cute little thing. Just as she reached out to pet it, she heard more noise from behind her...
((Meh ferret lovie!!!! xD))

Aine was walking around the woods, all her energy drained from her. She couldn't run. She could barely walk. She had deprived herself for to long. While she moved, she had to use the tree trunks to help her stay up. She didn't know how far she had walked looking for food. But the fact that she had gone so long without feeding on blood, didn't help that matter of how tired she was getting. Her emerald green eyes had started to turn black for the first time in ages.
She stopped when she smelled blood faintly. Her eyes widened as the hunger ripped through her. It gave her some strength, some strenght and hope that she could get something to eat. She stumbled through the forest to find the carcus of something that looked like a wild dog. Coyote... She thought. She smelt the blood, along with a familiar sent. It was Alice. The one Cullen she had met.
"Oh no..." She said in a whisper. She didn't know how to tell her yet. She hadn't even met any of the other Cullens. She wasn't ready to tell them of her problem.
She fought back her hunger and started to stumble back the way she came.

Meredith had wandered into a forest.
She loved to wander. She wondered if it was the childlike instinct to roam, or more the vampire one. Whatever the case, she enjoyed the travel.
And she enjoyed doing it fast.
It was fascinating to watch the world whirl by her in shapeless colors, whooshing by her so fast that they were entirely forgotten only a moment later. The colors all blended into one moving image, something indescribable and wonderful at the same time.
She had no real destination, but wherever her feet led her, she would go. And today, that meant a forest.
She frowned imperceptibly as she ran. The colors blended together as always, but only in hues of green. Not even brown or the occasional spark of colored flower broke through the dense greenness. Perhaps she was moving too fast to see it. She slowed down to get a better look, when suddenly the scent of blood captured the attention of her senses.
She drank in the smell and sighed in pleasure. While she had just eaten not long ago, a little bit more could never hurt her any. Then a scream ripped through the forest.
Back straightened and alert, her quick eyes swept the forest around her, but still all she could see was green. As the scream echoed, she followed it cautiously, reaching out with all her heightened senses. There were more scents she could pick out as she grew closer, that she hadn’t been able to see before.
Vampires.
Her interest was piqued. She had met only a few vampires before in her wanderings. And there was more than one. She thought about the scream she had heard seconds ago, and the scent of blood on the wind.
Perhaps they would share. She contemplated it. She didn’t usually share meals, but just the chance that they would meet in the forest at the same time… at mealtime. She took another whiff, of the air, then grimaced. The blood smelled odd, animal-ish. Why would vampires be eating animals?
Her curiosity got the better of her, and she got closer and closer. Then she heard an enormous CRACK.
Only then did she realize she was on her bottom, having knocked into something just as strong as she was. On her feet in a flash, she blinked in surprise as she realized what she had bumped into – one of the vampires she had caught the scent of. Attempting to collect her thoughts, the little vampire could do nothing more than stare at the woman in confusion.
((The vampire is Aine))

Way to be, Alice. You just blew your cover! she thought of this only after she had yelped. Curiosity got the better of her, so she pulled her hand back away from the ferret, and turned to see where the noise came from. The ferret gave Alice puppydog eyes, but was ignored. He scurried over to her and climbed up her pant leg, up her arm, and sat perched on her shoulder. Alice didn't move as it positioned itself on her, she just listened, waiting for another sign of movement. After a moment of silence, she pushed her way through bushes, determined to find the source of the noise. Don't be silly, Alice. It was probably just a deer or something. she thought to herself. But she couldn't help thinking that there was something more.

CRACK
"OW!" Aine cried as she ran into something. She was forced back a few feet and she held her arm in pain. Whatever the heck she ran into was pretty d**n hard to make her hurt. Even though her skin wasn't as hard as those full to her kind, she was still hard. She had her eyes closed, but finally opened her eyes.
There sitting a few feet away from her, was a girl. She seemed...young. But as she looked at her more closely, she saw that the girl was what she had run into. She stared wide eyed at the girl.
"I-I-I..." She studdered unable to find the words she was looking for. She didn't know there was ANOTHER vampire in Forks. Was she Esme? Or Rosalie? No, she was to young. Or looked to young at least. But she could tell, not only by her physical traits, but if she was hard enough to make Aine in pain, she was indeed a vampire.

"OW!"
Ow? Meredith thought, trying to collect her thoughts. She blinked in surprise as the vampire held her arm in pain. Why is she hurt? She should be fine... Meredith looked down at herself. Other than being knocked off her feet, she was physically fine as well. So why - The woman opened her eyes and looked down at her, a sudden look of shock on her face.
"I-I-I..."
“What?” Meredith couldn’t help asking. She tried to appear as though she wasn’t completely flummoxed by this turn of events.
She attempted to sort out her head. Okay, so there was a scent of vampires… two vampires… She is one. I think. So where’s the other? Discreetly taking a deep whiff of air, she again scented this strange woman’s smell, and picked up the other, coming closer. She tensed, then her attention was diverted. There was more to this woman, she could smell it. She had been wrong - not quite the scent of a vampire, but traces of it clung to her. But there was also another, more humany aroma. She frowned as a quick flash of her memory came to her, no more than an instant long – something to do with spices. Well, that was odd.
She couldn’t refrain from asking. “Who, and what exactly are you?” Meredith didn’t like puzzles, and she didn’t like not understanding what was going on. It made her feel inferior, and she really, really didn’t like that.

[glow=FDF5E6,2,300][shadow=C0C0C0,right,1500]Fahrenheit -as usual- took a walk on the forest when he heard noisy sounds in the distance. He looked at the sounds' direction as he focused on his vision 2 vampires and a half vampire he thought to himself. They were far enough from him, but, they could still feel his presence if they payed attention to their surrounding. ... And coyote's blood? he thought to himself since he was not a vegatarian. He did not change his walk pace to avoid him being seen by the others, and to be honest, he did not really care whether they realized his presence or not. He took a deep breath after he had found out that one of the vampire was Alice, and he decided to walk a little bit closer to where they were without making any sound. But, still, he did not hide his smell.

She ran through the forest, the sounds coming closer to her. Once they were just a little bit in front of her she climbed back up into a tree and came closer still. She had found the sorce of the noise, it was more vampires, well sort of. There was a young one -well, young looking- and another vampire type person there, whom she recognized immedietly. Aine. Long time no see she thought to herself. They seemed pretty tense at the moment so she didn't interupt them. She looked to her shoulder at the little critter that had survived the wild ride through the forest. The poor thing looked like it was about to pass out. She unhooked it's tiny claws from her shirt, and lay it down on a branch. As she put it down, she heard the sharp sound of a tree branch snapping behind her. She gasped and crouched down, ready to spring in one of those vampire-fast movements.

((Hey Fah Fah, FYI, she cant smell like a half vampire. No one knows she is. Just an FYI))
Aine swallowed dryly, her thirst coming on stronger now that there was another one she may have to fight for food. She tried to sound as confident as she could, but her voice only came out rough and cracked.
"I could as you the same thing." She said raising an eyebrow at the girl. Her arm still clutched her arm. That was most defiantly going to leave a bruise.
Just then, she had heard a small gasp she whipped her head around and took in the sent. Her first thought That can't be right... Her second, Oh Sh*t
That was just great. Alice was there. Somewhere. And in her current state she couldnt hide anything.

"I could as you the same thing."
Meredith’s eyes sparkled in amusement. “Well, I suppose you could. I don’t think you would be likely to get an answer, though.” She wondered at herself. What had got her in such high spirits all of a sudden? Perhaps it was the proximity of the blood, however animalistic it smelled. Reveling in the feeling, she decided to continue talking with this strange woman, instead of merely leaving.
Looking at the lady’s arm, she frowned. “I do apologize for that. I’m afraid I wasn’t watching where I was going…” Thinking back, she remembered why; the curiosity of animal blood. Eyeing the woman speculatively, hoping to get answers to her questions, she offered a compromise.
“If I told you my name, would you tell me yours?” I’ll show you mine if you’ll show me yours. She chuckled inwardly at the thought, taking a deep whiff of the air again, trying to find the animal. Even if she wouldn’t drink it – she was perfectly satiated at the time -, it was still a mystery that blood like that would be so nearby vampires. Coincidence? She didn’t think so.
As the scent of blood passed through her nostrils, a different scent wafted by that she just barely caught hold of. Before she had a moment to analyze it, another sharp sound echoed through the forest. Meredith was immediately back on the defensive – she had forgotten about the second vampire nearby. Apparently, it was much closer. She berated herself for letting her attention wander. Children let their attentions wander, she thought angrily to herself, again casting her gaze around the forest carefully. I am not a child. Pay attention. It was the bloods fault, she reasoned. Somehow, the smell of it got to her head.

[glow=FDF5E6,2,300][shadow=C0C0C0,right,1500]Fahrenheit tried to track Alice's location as he walked in the same place from before. Got it he said to himself when he had found Alice's location, then he walked toward Alice, knowing that he had not yet met the other. Fahrenheit was close enough to Alice, since he saw a figure on a tree, along with the animals' carcasses. The blood smell didn't make his instinct grew stronger nor made him hungry. "... Hi Alice..." he said in a soft voice to Alice, not wanting to surprise her, when he had reached and stood beside the tree where Alice was.

Alice let out the breath she was holding and slumped against the tree. "Jeeze Fah! You nearly gave me a heart attack!" she accused him, and then laughed a little at herself for acting the way she did. Then she sat up hopped over to him super fast and gave him a peck on the cheek. "How have you been?" she asked him.

She turned back and nodded to the girl."I wasn't watching where I was going either..." She said, invoking her accent full on.
Aine raised an eyebrow at the girl. She was obviously smarter than her apperance let on. No duh. She was probably older than Aine, the way she spoke. Then again, Aine had trained herself not to talk like that. They could have been around the same age...age when they were turned at least.
"Aine." She said. "My name is Aine O'callaghan. And you?" Again, her Irish accent took full effect.
Her heart still raced at the thought. Alice and now, another vampire, were close by. As she went to take a breath to calm herself down, the blood filled her sences. d**nit! She felt her self growl a little in hunger.
Why must this happen now? Now of all places? The thirst for blood ripped through her. She didn't even feel her injured arm now. Her hands clawed at the dirt and plants that she sat on. Control it...Control it Aine! She cried in her head. She closed her eyes and continued to clench and unclench her hands as she waited for the young girl to reply.
